The FLORES project, which stands for Forward Looking at the Offshore Renewable energieS, aims to support the offshore renewable energies (ORE) industry's most committed stakeholders in promoting the skilling process for new jobs and improving up-skilling opportunities for the current workforce. FLORES will contribute to the Large Scale Partnership in the ORE industry.

On April 26th and 27th, SUBMARINER, a partner of the UNITED project, will attend the FLORES meeting at WindEurope Conference in Copenhagen to promote the outputs of the UNITED project and share its expertise on the Blue Economy with other participants.

The FLORES meeting will facilitate knowledge exchange and enhance cooperation between the offshore wind energy and aquaculture sectors.

The WindEurope Conference (https://windeurope.org/annual2023/) is a significant event in the wind energy industry, gathering experts, policymakers, and academia to discuss the latest developments and challenges in the sector.

SUBMARINER's participation in these events will provide an excellent opportunity to promote the UNITED project's achievements in enhancing the technology readiness levels of multi-use solutions and promoting the viability of ocean multi-use solutions. The increased visibility of the project is expected to contribute to the sustainability of the Blue Economy.
